Finally, my dream came true! I had Yanzhou chaofan (Fried Rice of Yangzhou) in Yangzhou. Yangzhou chaofan is very famous classical Chinese fried rice and we can find it almost everywhere in china. I do not know whether the name is truly represent the original place of the dish.
