The site of water gate of medieval Yangzhou, China

In the middle ages, Yangzhou was a walled city surrounded by multiple canals and water gates.
Some of these old facilities are recently excavated. I found some pieces of ceramics. Maybe these are the part of large amount of ceramics for sale transported by canals.
